Melton: I can bring passion to make the offense smoother, and injury recovery makes the mentally endure greater challenges

Today, Warriors player Melton attended the press conference for the return team.

Reporter: What part of your game you think is often overlooked, but is actually very important to winning?

Melton: "On the court, I can provide additional leadership, extra rotation, on-court communication, and organization. I will let others participate, such as quick passes, more passes, and aerial pickups. I think these parts of the game are often overlooked. But keeping the team's offense smoother and more passionate, that's what I can bring."

Reporter: You are the first to mention different players from the Warriors Medical Team and other places. In terms of your experience, how are they different? What sets them apart?

Melton: "They will really take care of one person. In the past few years, there have been players here and they have helped these people continue to play. I think this is what everyone wants - being able to play at a high level. They can keep the players on the court and keep playing. I think they have done a good job in this area and have made plans for everyone."

Reporter: How do you feel for you to experience such an injury that took about a year?

Melton: "I think this is the biggest challenge for me, and I realize the psychological impact - sitting there, you should have done something, but now you can't do anything. It will have a big impact. For me, basketball is a way to escape reality. Losing this escape sometimes you have to face some problems. It's really hard to walk into the arena, get rehabilitation training, and deal with it all."

According to previous reports, Melton is undergoing rehabilitation treatment for an ACL tear and will be re-evaluated four weeks later.
